Law Enforcement Request Guidelines for DNA Legacy Blockchain Brokerage
Effective January 2025 

At DNA Legacy Blockchain Brokerage LLC (DLBB), we are committed to cooperating with law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This document outlines the procedures for law enforcement officials to request customer information from DLBB. 

1. Submission of Requests 

All law enforcement requests should be directed to:

2. Required Information 

To facilitate the efficient processing of requests, please include the following details:
 

•  Agency Information: 

  •  Name of the law enforcement agency. 

  •  Physical address of the agency. 

  • Official email address from a government domain. 

  • Official phone number associated with the agency. 
     

• Requester Identification: 

○ Full name and position/title of the requesting officer. 

○ Badge number or other unique identifier. 

        ○ Government-issued identification number.

  ● Subject Information: 

○ Full name of the individual under investigation. 

○ Any known aliases.
○ Relevant public addresses or transaction IDs (preferably in text format or Excel file). 

 

•  Request Details: 

○ Detailed description of the information sought. 

○ Specific time frame for the requested data. 

○ Legal process document (e.g., subpoena, court order, or search warrant) compelling DLBB to produce the requested information. 
 

3. Processing Time 

Standard processing of law enforcement requests typically requires 10 to 15 business days. For urgent matters, please include "URGENT," "PRIORITY," or "IMMEDIATE REQUEST" in the subject line of your email to expedite handling. 
 

4. Legal Compliance 

DLBB will respond to all law enforcement requests from authorized officials with appropriate proof of authority, in compliance with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and applicable laws. 
 

5. International Requests 

For requests involving cross-border law enforcement matters, please provide the necessary Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) documents to ensure proper handling.
